Volunteer Roles
Kid’s Zone
Supervise activities, assist with games, and help local families enjoy a fun, safe experience at Whistlestop Park.
Parade
Help marshal floats, direct participants, and ensure our 90th-anniversary parade runs smoothly and safely for all spectators.
Set-Up/Tear-Down
Perfect for those who enjoy being active. Help us build the festival grounds and restore the park after the final fireworks.
5k
Be the friendly face of Byron Day's favorite 5k crew! Hand out water, adjust barriers as needed, and provide general support for the 5k coordinator.
Parking
Provide essential support by guiding guests to parking areas, keeping traffic flowing, and ensuring a smooth arrival for all.
General Help
Flexible helpers who can step in where needed most, from assisting vendors to keeping the festival grounds tidy and inviting.
